Sec 9 (1): “there shall be three Deputy Directors of Immigration one of whom shall be a legal pratitioner who shall be appointed by the council”

Sec 9 (2): the Deputy Director shall head the Finance and Administration, Command Posts and Operations, Legal, Research and Monitoring and such other department as the Board may direct and shall perform such other functions as the Director in consultation with the Board of Directors. The Deputy Director in charge of Finance and Administration exercises supervisory authority over these Units: Finance, Administration, Human Resource, Training, Procurement, Transport, Public Affairs and Protocol, Estate and General Services, Sports, welfare and Stores.
